Keith A. Christiansen, M.D.

Dr. Keith Christiansen has recently finished his urologic surgical training at Georgetown University Medical Center.  He is now licensed to practice urology in NJ with privileges at St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center, Holy Name Hospital and Valley Hospital.  He is currently seeing patients at the Fair Lawn and Jersey City clinic locations.

Dr. Christiansen received his undergraduate degree from Cornell University and a masters degree  from Georgetown University before beginning his medical training.  He remained at Georgetown University where he graduated with his medical degree.  He then went on to complete a surgical internship at New York Presbyterian Hospital – Cornell Medical Center.  Dr. Christiansen then returned to Georgetown University Hospital to complete his residency training in Urology including serving as Chief Resident during his final year where he was named outstanding resident of the year.

His focus has always been on providing quality patient care with a dedication towards remaining at the forefront of emerging urologic techniques.  He has special interests in minimally invasive techniques including advanced training in laparoscopic and robotic procedures for kidney, prostate and bladder diseases. 

Dr. Christiansen’s research and work has been published in various articles and presented at local as well as national conferences.

In addition to his training  experience, Dr. Christiansen is also a member of several professional organizations, including the  American Urological Association and Endourological Society.
