Glenn A. Gmyrek, M.D.

Dr. Glenn A. Gmyrek, a highly trained and experienced urologist, has served as an Attending Urologic Surgeon at Urology Specialty Care since 2002, as well as holding hospital appointments at Valley Hospital and St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center.

Dr. Gmyrek received his medical degree from the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, and began residency training in General Surgery and then Urology at New York Presbyterian Hospital – Cornell Medical Center. He served as Chief Resident during his final year and was the first prize winner in the Ferdinand C. Valentine Resident Research Competition.

Dr. Gmyrek’s dedication to his chosen profession is evident through his membership in several professional organizations, including the American Urological Association and its New York section, and the American Association of Clinical Urologists.  His work has appeared in several publications and presentations.
