David Tsuwei Chang, M.D., F.A.C.S.

Dr. David Tsuwei Chang is a Diplomate of the American Board of Urology providing comprehensive care at Urology Specialty Care and as the Chief of Urology at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center.  As a respected urologist within the local area, Dr. Chang also holds appointments at Valley Hospital and St. Joseph’s Wayne Hospital, and holds committee positions at all of these facilities.

Dr. Chang graduated from the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons with his medical degree, before completing his initial postgraduate training in General Surgery at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center.  He then turned his focus to Urology, and completed specialized training in the Squier Urological Clinic, where he served as Chief Resident during his final year. Dr. Chang was also a recipient of the Physician’s Recognition Award from the American Medical Association during his training.

In addition to his training and practice experience, Dr. Chang has also remained dedicated to developing new treatments for urologic conditions through participation in research studies that have appeared in national presentations and publications.
